What we do

One accountable practitioner across the whole remedial lifecycle.

Strata remediation fails when responsibility is split between consultants, builders and managers. We hold the engineering role end to end, so the owners corporation deals with one party that stays accountable from diagnosis to delivery.

Balcony remediation

Concrete spalling repair, replacement of non-compliant balustrades to current loading and height standards, and full waterproofing reinstatement.

Concrete repair

Concrete cancer breakout, reinforcement treatment and sacrificial anode corrosion protection that addresses the cause, not just the symptom.

Waterproofing

Rooftop, balcony and planter membrane systems with flashing and overflow upgrades to stop recurring water ingress for good.

Regulated design

Declared regulated designs and buildable scope specifications prepared and lodged in accordance with the DBP Act 2020.

Defect investigation

Detailed engineering inspection and reporting that establishes the true extent of deterioration before any scope or budget is set.

Superintendency

Contract administration and STOP-POINT inspection through construction, holding the builder to the approved design and standards.

How we run a project

Five stage gates, one practice, no loose ends.

Each gate produces something the owners corporation can act on — a report, a declared design, a tender package, an inspection record, a completion sign-off. Nothing advances until the gate before it is closed.
